Charmian started as McAlpine Hussmann’s People & Culture Manager in March 2021 responsible for everything people related including engagement, training, health & safety and payroll. Prior to this she worked a variety of roles including 17 years at Middlemore hospital in various departments including pharmacy, laboratory and then the medical staffing unit. She completed her post-graduate degree in Business with a major in Employee Relations whilst there and then moved on to pursue her P&C career working for Aviation Security, GE Finance and Insurance and Jack Links.
