We have an exciting opportunity for someone to step into the Trade Assistant position in our Refrigeration Contracts team in Christchurch. 

About the role:

We are looking for someone who can use their training and experience to meet the installation objectives of the Refrigeration Contracts Department. This is a hands-on role which will be based predominately in the field and responsible for on-site installation.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Provide "hands-on" installation and other services on projects for the Refrigeration Contracts Department

• Maintaining health and safety standards

We are seeking someone who possess the below experience and attributes;

• Ability to learn on the job and follow instructions

• Be fit and have a good knowledge of hand tools

• Holding a Scissor Hoist Ticket is preferrable (but not essential)

• Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills

• Well organised with the ability to meet deadlines, plan, and prioritise

• This role can be based in Auckland or Christchurch

• Experience working in the refrigeration industry is an advantage (but not essential)
