We have an exciting opportunity for someone to step into the Service Supervisor position in our Tauranga Service Team.

About the role:

We have a vacancy available in our Tauranga Service branch, based in Mt Maunganui, for a highly motivated and experienced Service Supervisor. Our Refrigeration / Air Conditioning (AC) staff are involved with servicing, maintenance, and installation work of various types of Refrigeration and AC systems. This is a full time role with a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Someone who is an easy-going, forward thinking person who enjoys a fast-paced environment, working as part of a team to deliver first class service to our customers. Someone who is motivated to succeed with great communication skills that build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and the National Contracts Department to meet internal and customer KPI's,

• Overseeing the planning and service delivery across our maintenance contract commitments,

• Promoting proactive service recommendations to our clients which will add value to their business operations,

• Quotations for maintenance and service jobs,

• Maintaining health and safety standards.

The key skills required for this role include:

• Trade Certificate in Refrigeration or Air Conditioning

• Electrical Service Technician Practising License

• Current (clean) Driver's License

• Good communication & customer service skills

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Experience dealing with customers on site

• Ability to build and maintain key relationships both internally and externally

• 5 years or more NZ experience in the Refrigeration or Air Conditioning industry (preferred but not essential)

• Supermarket experience (preferred but not essential)
