Team Leader of Project Management

Auckland Head-Office AC Contracts Department is seeking a highly motivated Team Leader of Project Management.

We are seeking a highly motivated Team Leader of Project Management to join our AC Contracts department. The Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing the team of project engineers for efficient delivery of all HVAC contracts. The position liaises closely with internal AC Contracting Teams to ensure all facets of Project Management runs smoothly. The Team Leader acts as a subject matter expert, any escalations around projects, project administration is managed and supports financial targets and objectives though efficient management of specified projects.

Key Requirement:

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in HVAC Contracts & Project Management
  • Bachelor of Engineering or similar tertiary Qualification
  • Project management delivery experience
  • Contracts Management experience
  • Ability to negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors
  • Identify issues and opportunities and tackle with pragmatic solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally
  • Deliver projects on time to required outcome
  • Knowledge of NZ contracts
  • Ability to drive team performance
