We have an exciting opportunity for someone to step into the Contracts Site Supervisor position in our Auckland team.

We are looking for someone who can use their refrigeration training and experience to meet the financial, time, and quality objectives of the Auckland Refrigeration Contracts Department. This is a hands-on role which will be based predominately in the field and responsible for supervising on-site installation, overseeing installation resources, and Sub-Contractors.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and the Auckland Contracts Department to meet internal and customer KPI's
• Provide "hands-on" installation and other services on projects for the Refrigeration Contracts Department
• Procure and maintain stock of material in a timely manner as required to meet project requirements
• Promote proactive service recommendations to our clients which will add value to their business operations
• Maintaining health and safety standards

We are seeking someone who possess the below experience and attributes;

• Ability to read plans
• Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to control costs and negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors
• Well organised with the ability to meet deadlines, plan, and prioritise
• A driven individual who aims to achieve results and has a desire to learn
• Ability to build and maintain key relationships both internally and externally
• This role is based in Christchurch, with the requirement to travel around New Zealand (predominantly South Island) when required.
• Experience working in the refrigeration supermarket industry is an advantage
